This Privacy Policy explains how AI Business Manager ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our service at aibizos.in. We are committed to keeping your data safe.

1. Information we collect

Account data: your name, email address and phone number when you sign up. Business data: the content you create in the app — leads, customers, invoices, designs, messages and settings. Payment data:handled securely by our payment partner Razorpay — we do not store your full card, UPI or bank details. Usage data: basic technical information (device, browser, log data) needed to run and secure the Service.

2. How we use your information

To provide and improve the Service, save your work, process payments and subscriptions, provide support, keep the Service secure, and communicate important updates. We use AI providers to power AI features; content you submit to an AI feature is sent to that provider only to generate your result.

3. How we store & protect data

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (authentication and cloud database). Access is restricted so that each user can only access their own data. We use industry-standard security measures, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

4. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, Razorpay for payments, Firebase for hosting/database, and AI providers for AI features), and where required by law.

5. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we remove your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain records to meet legal or accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data, and export or request removal of your information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Cookies

We use only essential cookies/local storage needed to keep you signed in and to run the app. We do not use them for advertising.

8. Children

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new date.
