These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Business Manager (the "Service"), available at aibizos.in. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AI Business Manager is a software tool that helps small businesses manage sales, leads, marketing, content, designs, invoices, finance and related operations, including AI-assisted features. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act for your business.

3. Plans & Payments

The Service offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Pro and Business). Paid plans are billed in advance for the stated period. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes. We may change plan pricing with reasonable notice; changes do not affect the period you have already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: sending spam or unlawful messages, infringing others' intellectual property, uploading illegal or harmful content, attempting to break, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, or using it to violate any applicable law. You are responsible for the content you create and send using the Service, and for complying with communication and marketing regulations (e.g. WhatsApp/DND rules).

5. AI-generated content

AI features may produce text, designs and suggestions automatically. Such output can be inaccurate or unsuitable — please review it before use. You are responsible for how you use AI-generated content.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its software and branding remain our property. Content you create or upload remains yours; you grant us a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the Service.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the preceding three (3) months.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; certain data may be deleted after a reasonable period.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
